This tour was not the greatest, partially for circumstances beyond the tour guide's control, but her reaction wasn't great either. The night started out on the wrong foot because the groups needed to be split into two, but that was not communicated clearly by the guide and people were angry at the lack of communication. We also were interrupted later in the tour by a woman who started filming the tour groups and trying to get the guide to say we were too close together. Understandably, the guide was a little shaken, but that didn't excuse the rambling and hard to follow story telling style she used throughout the tour, nor the fact that she seemingly did not have an understanding of how quickly she walked or how quiet her speaking voice was. The majority of the tour walked off before completion. We got the tickets at a discount and were glad to not have paid more. I think this could have been improved with better communication to tour participants at the beginning, better engagement with people on the tour, and better storytelling.
