I will NEVER use another transport service when I visit NOLA. Shawn and his team are hands down the most professional, punctual and friendly team in the transport business. I deal with lots of transport companies because I fly a lot for business and from communication, to pricing, it was a just a great experience. We booked them to transport us from the airport to our Airbnb then from the cruise terminal back to the airport. Book them! You won’t regret it.

We hired NOLA Ambassador for a family visit to New Orleans. We needed to transport 14 of us from the French Quarter to Metairie Cemetery for a service. After the service we toured the city showing family members who had never been to New Orleans the lakefront, city park and uptown. We drove by my husband's high school and college en route. Our driver, Lionel, was exceptional. He was kind and caring on a difficult day. He also imparted all sorts of great information about the city. It was both a sad and joyful day for our family and Lionel and NOLA Ambassador were exactly what we needed. I highly recommend Shawn and his transportation service.
