Tickets and Charges: City Passes and personal attraction tickets are not accepted. Attraction prices may change, and tickets are non-refundable.
5. Take advantage of the 2024 Buy 2 Get 2 free Promotion, ensuring that all participants share accommodations in a single room. Exclusive tour rates apply only when selecting 3 or 4 travelers. Order date: 2/2/2024-12/31/2024. Please note that additional charges, including admission fees and other expenses, will apply to all participants. If you are a party of more than four guests or desire to have separate rooms, please create separate bookings. If you have more than one booking, please provide all confirmation numbers once your bookings are complete.
6. In the event of temporary cancellation within 3 days prior to departure for the BUY 2 GET 2 FREE promotion: If the first two guests in a room proceed with the tour as scheduled, but the third or fourth guest who was entitled to participate for free cancels within 3 days before departure or is a NO SHOW on the day of departure, we will impose a penalty. The penalty amount will be 50% of the original price for two persons sharing one room, per each guest who cancels temporarily.
Itinerary Changes:Tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary for smooth operations.
Tour Adjustments:The tour guide may alter schedules based on weather, traffic, or other conditions.
Closed Attractions: If a scenic spot is closed, an alternative will be provided. COVID-19 may affect attraction hours and capacity.
Booster Seats: For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
Health Requirements: Guests with disabilities must provide advance notice. Wheelchair-accessible buses are not guaranteed without prior approval.
Terms and Conditions: Terms and conditions may change—check the product website for updates.
Leaving the Group: If leaving the group early, inform the tour guide and sign a departure form. No refunds for unused portions.
Gifts and Refunds: Gifts provided during the tour may change due to unforeseen factors like weather. Fees will not be refunded for changes.
Smoking&Pet Policy: Smoking is prohibited on buses and in most hotel rooms (fines may apply-$250+). No pets allowed.
Niagara Falls Classic Tour Packages 1 and 2（Including: Whirlpool Park + Cave of the Winds + summer Itinerary-Maid of the Mist or winter Itinerary-Old Fort Niagara State Park） must be purchased together and cannot be selected separately.
Due to the presidential inauguration on 01/20/2025, the DN3 Day1 Washington DC tour itinerary will be adjusted as follows: a. Road closures and traffic congestion may occur on the day of the tour, so please refer to the actual arrangements of the tour guide for the itinerary on that day; b. Due to the shortage of hotel resources in the area near DC during the inauguration, after the Washington DC tour, you will stay in a Harrisburg area hotel: Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Harrisburg West Mechanicsburg or equivalent.

Daniel is great young, friedly man. We have see everything we wanted thanks to his great timeing. He was really helpfull and we were listening to him with an excitement. We liked when he told us some additional things in the bus about nearly locations while traveling to another location. Also food and accommodation were amazing, we didn't really expect, that it would be so great.

We ordered the tour from " Jupiter Tours" two months before the starting date, based on the information on viator, I understood that service fee, meals and admission tickets were not included and that was fine with me. However, on the first day of the tour, after we got on the bus, the tour guide told us we needed to pay extra $310 per person for "mandatory tours" or they would not provide the service. $310 is much more than just the admission fee on official website. After paying for the "mandatory tours" the price is more than double the original. I don't like the fact that the extra cost for tours was not mentioned in the original deal, we had no choice but to accept it after we got on the bus. The price they originally listed on Viator doesn't cover the itinerary they posted, which is false advertisement to me. Second, the tour guides were unprofessional, their English was not fluent enough for the job; it was very hard to understand what they were saying.

However, according to the investigation records, the tour guide informed the guests in advance and fully that the optional attractions were voluntary. We also saw your signature on it. Regarding the commenting issue, we are sorry that we could not provide the best interpretation service for a native speaker like you. We are going to improve and to be perfect!

Rushed, expensive, all in Chinese, only ate at Asian buffets. We didn’t know it was a Chinese tour when we purchased this online.

As a international company, we are welcome the tourist around the world. There are plenty of restaurant choices at the plaza you may choose one you prefer. And just friendly remind that you forget to pay the last meals. :)
