We spent a lot of money to purchase a 3 day pass for our family and certainly didn't get our money's worth. The printed map they gave us was out of date, or simply incorrect. We then decided to use the app, which was also inaccurate. We spent a ridiculous amount of time searching and waiting for buses that never came, however according to the app, should have. One time we waited so long we ended up taking an Uber and another time had to take the subway. While waiting, we saw 3-4 of the Greyline hop on hop off buses and didn't see one Big Bus. Not only is this a complete waste of money, but a huge waste of time, as well. They also advertise air conditioned buses but apparently they don't turn the AC on. It was 86 degrees outside and the buses were hotter than outside!

Thank you for taking the time to share your review with us. We update our brochures every couple of months, so yes you may have been looking at an out of date brochure and we apologize for that. In regards to our app, we have had issues with it, and our IT department was working hard over the summer to fix any glitches and make sure it was up to date for all of our guests. Our competitors buses that you were seeing in 10 minute intervals, were not completing full tours.
They were performing a shuttle service rotation service which requires them to follow a circular route. All of our buses are checked before leaving for the days service, to ensure issues like malfunctioning air conditioning do not occur. It is disappointing that there were challenges while you toured. We appreciate your feedback as we use it as a tool for improving our services.
