Once the tour begins, if you make the decision to not follow the guide or their instructions, we cannot guarantee we can reunite you with the group.
Guests who bring alcohol or drugs to the tour or show up intoxicated will be asked to leave the group and will not receive a refund.
Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at least 21 years of age.

The first time I went on this tour I went with another local who wanted to do something different for her birthday— and we both loved it! This time I went with friends from out of town and had just as great a time! Joel was an amazing guide and the tour is such a great mix of spooky, sad, and inspiring. When I went in June it rained and we actually ended up asking to cut the tour short (it was a private one that time)... so I even saw some new stuff this time. :) Bonus: I never tire of creeping people out (both locals AND visitors) with one particular tidbit you learn about Washington Square Park!!

I loved learning the history of the area along with the ghost stories. Our guide was very knowledgeable and interactive.

Our tour guide, Sean, was excellent. Funny, knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions. Very enjoyable experience. Enjoyed the history lesson and feel like it really heightens our NYC experience.
