It's a pure scam, I paid €60 more for 4 people to take the 7 p.m. reservation (in addition to the citypass). While another family paid no extra at the counter.

Je ne connais pas la situation des autres invités mentionnés, mais ils avaient très probablement un autre pass appelé GoCity Pass qui n'inclut pas de frais de surclassement pour l'échange pour la croisière Harbor Lights. Il s’agit de 2 pass différents avec des options et une couverture d’activités différentes.

Check-in was very quick. Since I did the tour in March, there weren't many people. The ship has a capacity of 300 people. It was easy to take photos without having another camera or person in the picture. The guide was very talkative and had anecdotes to tell about many things. The length of the tour was just right. There was food and drink available.

We booked with the City Pass and the trip is suitable if during your holiday in NY you want to take a breather and spend a couple of hours relaxing. The tour goes approximately to the opposite side of Manhattan from the departure (obviously passing underneath) and on the return they will take you quite close to the Statue of Liberty. You enjoy the city skyline as well as beautiful views of New Jersey, Brooklyn and Queens. Obviously passing under the most famous bridges always has a certain effect. There is a guide in English so you don't understand much, I liked it even if that day the weather unfortunately wasn't exactly the best.
