We were in New York for 5 days - I paid for this and booked to go on the Wednesday only to be told they had to cancel the trip. Re-booked for Friday, and they cancelled again, re-booked for Saturday and it was cancelled again!! They have provided me a voucher to use when i return... however I am from the UK and do not think i will be back to NYC for years! So i am $208 down. Only positive is that they are responsive on emails

Dear Citrano, It was a crazy week! We offered you the option for a sail credit with added value and you accepted. You had opted not to select the cancellation insurance which would have covered this. Unfortunately, we cannot control everything and the weather is one of them!

We booked for 4 pm sail a week in advance, but were inexplicably moved to 1:30 pm. perhaps booking system overbooks in error. We couldn't arrive that early, so we booked the 9 pm. Capable & friendly staff. Nice lit up skyline, but we'd appreciate the sailboat more if it were daylight.

Hello, apologies for the time change. There was a security zone put into effect in NY Harbor which requires to cancel due to one of the presidential candidates arriving at a nearby heliport for a campaign rally.

It was overall a beautiful trip on a beautiful evening. We met some very nice people, and the crew was very nice and accommodating . I do have two suggestions: 1) Although the space is tight, they need a third bartender behind the bar. All you need is one or two indecisive customers to back up the drink line. 2) The jazz duo was very good but they need a better sound system.
