This is the second time we used Gray Line in New York, what a terrible experience we had this time. We bought the 72 hr 3 day attraction free style pass. Website said the Empire State Building was included which in fact it was not one of the attraction options, even though the website said it was available. Ironically after my many complaints to them I noticed they finally removed it off the website. There was no compassion at all, the standard typical answer that there are other attraction choices that we could pick and they were sorry for the inconvenience. So we had to pay extra for that. I wish I could advertise whatever I wanted but only offer part of my advertisement and get away with that! Businesses don't last very long when things like that happen. Additionally one of the buses broke down and the wait for the next one was about 30min. There are other bus choices, try them out as they have to be better, or do this one for one day only as the open decker bus is nice but like said there are other double decker bus companies I would try. All in all false advertising, poorly maintained equipment and better options for transport exists (subway, other buses, taxi.). I would not recommend this at all.

This was a very good pass, chose 7 attractions, only used 6 as ran out of time. Please consider a 4 day pass and include ESB, Viator, as felt rushed to do the attractions in 3 days. Hop on/off bus was good, night tour too early as it was still light so it basically wasn't a night tour!!!!. On the pass we did one tower, 911 memorial, American history museum, Liberty island hop on, Madison square gardens, Top of the rock. We paid for ESB separately. I came here wth my 21 yr old daughter, weve had an awesome time. My longtime dream to visit the big apple and it was amazing!!!. The pass saved us money, which is a bonus.

We took the Hop on, hop off tour and went on the uptown tour. It hit all the high points and had very convenient stopping points. But the best part of our tour was Mark who was the driver who gave an excellent narrative - he was made the tour worth the price....and then some!
