The most important thing is what a deal this pass was I always look for great deals before going to NYC and this surpassed them all. Easily redeemed vouchers both at the bus line agent location and the attractions...I did three meals note that some restaurants include tip when you use and you may double tip if you don't realize The bus tour is always great while in NYC. Madame Trussaud's ALWAY'S MY FAMILY'S MUST DO and the new SNL experiences THIS WAS SUCH A STROLL DOWN MEMORY LANE! Buca di Beppo is a great reasonable meal option right in time square DID THIS TWICE FOR THE CONVIENCE and next door is Planet Hollywood was okay a little overpriced. Both had no waiting if you go around 2-4 pm.

We used the bus 5 times. Only one of the tour guides was informative. The other 4 were disinterested, we found it difficult to understand what they said and at every stop they were asking for a tip. Some of the buses were very old and the ear phone sockets were crackly and the sound adjusters useless. A very bad experience, we would not recommend the Hop On Hop Off bus to anyone.
