Seemed like a good idea but given NYC traffic and the hot weather there are much better ways of getting around - spent a couple of hours in a log jam. Guide was not very good although reasonably informative. We booked this for 5 days with the beat the line deal, but gave up after one and resorted to the Metro. Seven day metro card fro 32 is a much easier way to go. If we visit again we would get a Metro Card and the NYC pass - far less hassle.

Took only one bus tour and we did not complete it. It was too cold and we did not have enough time.

Tours were very good and informative. Most of the tour guides we had were excellent a couple of them not so good. Didn't mind so much the tour guide mentioning about a tip but did mind them holding tip box as you got off bus!
