A lot of people I think they should stop selling tickests if they dont have enough capacity to manage. We spent alot of time waiting for buses and we hve some incidents because we could not fit all of us therefore we in some cases got on and then someone took us off in a very rude way.

Had booked this for my trip to New York with the intention of being able to do as much sight seeing as possible. The attraction pass that we received with it made this well worth the money! Staff were very informative on board the bus and service was very frequent. Although on one day we got told the buses would stop at 3pm due to the weather, but when we tried getting on a bus at 1:30pm at a stop in which was the other side of town to our hotel, no buses turned up and it turned out they had cancelled the buses, but did not inform us before getting off the time was going to change. Apart from this unfortunate incident I would highly recommend! Very good value for money!

Good value for money. As it was our first visit to New York it was really useful to do the tours so that we could see as many places of interest as possible. Most of the tour guides were very good, just the one that was quite poor in so much as he didn't point out many things along the way and seemed more interested in talking to individual people and telling everyone the amount of tip that was expected! The traffic is very congested so buses tend to turn up as and when but there are plenty of the bus company staff around the streets to ask advice. If only going a short distance it would be much quicker to walk than waiting for the bus.
