Train to Linden train station got cancelled so couldn't make our flight in time. They rescheduled to a different day with no issues. Got picked up at the station on time and had an amazing flight. Would recommend this to anyone going to New York or New Jersey. Flew during the night and got some amazing views of the city.

We cannot always guarantee that another flight will be available and advise passengers to leave ample time to arrive to the heliport in case of train delay or cancellation. Linden Airport is easily accessible via NJ Transit from New York Penn Station to Linden Station, NJ. HeliNY offers a complimentary shuttle between Linden Station and Linden Airport on a request basis.

The attention to detail and the constant updates by email were awesome. Change in departure times were handled with friendliness and consideration. You covered all the bases, from reservations, updates and explicit directions. Your departure from Linden airport was most convenient and did not incur NYC tolls and parking fees. Your staff upon arrival were very attentive and polite and worked as a well oiled team. Sawyer our pilot for the trip was most excellent in pointing out landmarks and very professional in his manner. What an amazing experience! Great way to see NYC and really puts into perspective how many iconic buildings and landmarks are in such a small area. Plus the thrill of being in a helicopter is unbeatable. The huge windows and the way they flew around allowed views for people in every seat so nobody "missed out". Definitely worthwhile and unique.

Our aircraft have floor-to-ceiling glass windows for excellent views from any seat. All of our tours fly above the Hudson River and New York Harbor, making a loop that provides passengers on both sides of the helicopter the same views.
