I can only rate this activity as a 1 because 0 is not an option. We ended up on a bus, after dodging their dubious street sellers, hoping for the best. The best we did not get - this shambles of a tour 1. Gives you a map, suggesting a couple of routes, 2. Has no guide, 3. No on board information So, you are basically left not knowing what is happening or where you are going. The free headsets play Christmas music- it was so bad, our family and the other patrons just laughed - it was one of those situations if you don't laugh you'll cry. And to add insult to injury all contact with customer care has been ignored. AVOID at all costs

Avoid at all costs! We paid $300 US for four of us to take the Downtown and Uptown tours. We were promised no more than 15 minutes wait for buses and many of them are covered so we could still sit out in the rain. We had one day to tour and reservations at 5:30pm so started the downtown tour early in the morning. The recording you listen to is not very informative, sparse and in between is loud music so 3 of 4 of us took out the greatest anyway. Got off to see the World Trade Centre and couldn't get back on. We waited over an hour in the rain. Multiple families waiting. One bus came and was full. The next came at the hour mark and there were a few seats up top uncovered. In fact none of the buses we saw were covered. Our elderly parents couldn't get up the stairs especially when wet so we gave up, spent another $45 on a taxi ride back to hotel and couldn't even do the uptown tour we had waited so long. What a waste of money!! I emailed to ask for a refund immediately and it's been days with no response. What a scam, don't waste your money, try BigBus or even just get a car service for the day to drive you around. Cabs would have been cheaper. It's a shame there are so many pushy salespeople on the streets thinking they are selling a legitimate service.

The audio system is completely damaged and there is no way to switch channels or stir the volume. Some don't even fit the phone pins. Extremely rude drivers. Besides, they lied about an extra ride you would have and didn't have. Do not recommend, better use other services such as Big bus
