We used the transfer to return to JFK, although we asked for an advance on the previously agreed time, the service found a new driver who reached us punctually. Courteous and spacious cars, very attentive to communication via WApp with photos to avoid mistakes. The new driver didn't speak English but we had no problems and he was very kind. Arrived early
