When I paid for the 5 Sightseeing cards (3 Day Pass), I had only read the information on their website. It looked good. But I started reading very bad comments that alarmed me (then I understood that they had been from people asking for the return, and it must be complicated).
My experience has been good and bad. Communication with the company has been void, only to register and pay. I have asked questions and asked for information and they have not answered any time. But the card has worked, except for two attractions, which I think should have been deregistered and not reported (eSIM and Madam Tussaud wax museum, were impossible to book, also the Premium BUS day and night, we could book it, but the day could not take it at 10:30, time at which we booked, and we were advised a few hours before, by mail, the company of the bus, that the night bus was cancelled). Since we didn't take the Premium BUS, very close was the essential hop-on/hop-off BUS, as an alternative. All other attractions ran smoothly. Although some of them are not so easy to book, because when you arrive you have no pass in the moment, but a few hours later (top off the rock, Edge).
The end result is that we saved a lot of money, because we did a schedule of itineraries, which took a lot of time to prepare, so we could go to attractions close to each other, with alternatives if it didn’t work or we had to go another hour later.
I advise this card, but knowing that they will not have extra sightseeing information (except the one that is on the web or in your application, which is quite a lot). And that in case of problems you can only talk to those responsible for the specific attraction (if they respond, because they usually take time).
In our case per person we consume $507 on the 3-day card, saving a little more than half the money, approximately.
I put my experience, which doesn’t have to be the same as the others, because I wish someone had told theirs, before buying the pass.
