How to use: Your pass is available for immediate use. Your voucher contains a unique barcode for use on your mobile phone as your ticket. Attractions will scan the code and you’ll be in!
• This pass is valid for the amount of consecutive calendar days you've purchased and ends on midnight on the last calendar day
• The pass is activated the first time you use it
• If the pass is used to make a reservation online or over the phone your card will not be activated until you arrive on the date of the reservation. All reservations must be made for a day in which the pass is still valid
• You may only visit each attraction once

Unreliable. We had booked a pass for 4 days in New York. The pass did not work for 1 full day due to a computer problem at their company. Emailed 4 times, called, sent via Instagram, Messenger... to ask for an extension of one day so that we could do all the planned attractions. Never had a response. Substandard customer service. Take another company that also offers passes

I bought the pass again at the beginning of the year because I was visiting in December 2022 when I also had this pass, because I knew what to expect and what it could do. Unfortunately, they have changed and removed a few attractions that I had firmly planned to visit. Therefore, I would highly recommend buying it shortly before the trip and especially reading the small print, as sometimes you only get access with the pass at certain times. It must also be said that you are put at the back of the queue at attractions with this pass. Insurance for the pass: only applies if the pass has not yet been used. If you have several attractions and were unable to do one because it was thrown out of the program, nothing will be refunded. Contact requests have not been answered so far, so rather steer clear! My recommendation is to book everything individually through GYTG. I did the math and the pass was more expensive than with GYTG bookings.

We got the Sightseeing Pass for 7 days and it was worth it. Admittedly, the pass or passes (2 adults and 1 child) were not cheap, but with average ticket prices of $48, the pass was helpful. First of all: We planned the week well in advance and wanted to visit 3 attractions a day without getting stressed. We managed that well. We certainly wouldn't have done some of the attractions or tours without the pass, which would have been a shame in retrospect. The Brooklyn Graffiti Tour, for example, or the Hip Hop Tour or The Ride or The Ryse. The only annoying thing was that one ticket didn't work and we had to wait half an hour. The hotline couldn't help either. In addition, the QR code for the scanners in the museums or the other attractions responds VERY slowly! That gets annoying after a while. Other than that, everything worked out!
