Dave was in touch before the tour, providing updates on the tour itinerary. He was prompt and kept us on schedule. We felt as if we were with a family member from the area. Water and snacks were made available and at one point he even ran back to the van to get his extra jacket for one of our girls who got wet from the falls. Friendly, polite and very knowledgeable about the history of Niagara Falls. Highly recommend!! Thanks for an unforgettable afternoon and evening!!!

this tour took us to all the best spots seamlessly and our tour guide, Ricky, was very entertaining and knowledgable. i would highly recommend this tour if you are visiting for just the day, you will see all the hot spots and a few gems that are not that advertised. thank you again ricky for a great day!! i hope you see this

It was a very small. personal guided tour. Our tour guide Dave was very good, took us to all the different falls. The only downfall was the time of year, there was still a bit of ice so we were unable to view behind the falls and ride the Maid of the Mist which we were really looking forward to, however our tour guide took us to tour the power plant which was pretty cool.
