Our experience with the tour guides & driver, Dana, was fantastic. She was very friendly and professional. Because of her, I would highly recommend Over The Fall Tours for our family and friends who are planning to visit Niagara Falls in the future.

AMAZING!!!!! This booking got us a shuttle ride throughout the experience and a personal (group) guide. We got to do Cave of the Winds, Maid of the Mist, Goat Island (additional time to look around), another park, a stop at a bakery. All in, we were with them for about 5 hours. So we decided to book this excursion with this company based on other reviews. Primarily that being "The USA side is better". And this was absolutely the case. The USA Maid of the Mist boats are nicer and they do not pack you on like sardines. Unlike the Canadian side boat tours. We observed that through out the couple of days while at the Falls. Additionally the Maid of the Mist boats have been converted over to electric power, so there is NO loud engine sounds, vibrations or smells!! Allowing you to enjoy the ride so much more. We were somewhat nervous as my spouse tends to be very motion sick and the 2 kids (10 and 6 yo) can also get motion sickness. So much that my spouse almost backed out. But she persevered. and her words "I'm SO glad i did this!" YES.... you will get wet! But so worth it. We got SO lucky, as we basically had no wait/line at either Maid of Cave Cave of the Winds.... AWESOME. The weather was great for our time there, mild, partially sunny and the winds were blowing away from the decks, so you could get pretty close and not get to wet at all.... But you could also go to the Hurricane Deck and get TOTALLY SOAKED! (which we did). Goat island was nice to have some additional time to look/visit around. The Bakery.... food was amazing! Our group was about 20 people and out guide (Christian) was pretty great. Lots of great information and very personable.

We are happy to hear you had an "amazing" time with Christian as your Over the Falls tour guide. Niagara Falls is a fantastic sight, and it is especially memorable when you are on a boat right under the falls and half the fun is getting the opportunity to really "soak" it all in. 😂. Hope you took some great pics and went home with wonderful family memories of your visit. Thank you from Over the Falls Tours! 😎
