We booked this tour as part of our 25th-anniversary trip to Niagara Falls and it was definitely a highlight. We loved the convenience of being picked up right at our hotel and not having to worry about parking or finding anything. Our tour guide Paul was punctual and knowledgeable and kept us apprised of what we could expect along the way. The day started with a trip to Victoria Park where we saw the falls up close and heard some interesting stories. The next part of our day was a boat ride. Though advertised as Maid of the Mist, we actually remained on the Canada side and rode the Hornblower. While this was unexpected, we had been a little worried about the whole process of having to cross the border and back for Maid of the Mist, so it was honestly somewhat of a relief to us that we wouldn't have that uncertainty to look forward to. After the boat ride, we stopped for an early lunch and a little shopping, followed by the power station, whirlpool, and the floral clock. When we arrived at our final stop, Skylon Tower, Paul informed us that his fellow tour guide had told him that two of the three elevators were down, and since there was only one elevator operational, there would probably be a 45-minute wait for us to ride to the top. He explained that this has never happened before and groans among the group led him to ask for a show of hands for people who wanted to wait, or people who wanted to just be given tickets to return at their own convenience. Since it had been a long day, and my husband and I were going to be leaving the next morning, we knew it was unlikely that we would actually come back that night on our own if we went back to the hotel, so, although some didn't actually vote, it seemed we were the only ones of the 28-member group who wanted to stay and wait. I asked if we could just get off the bus and stay on our own. Paul was reluctant, but being put in an impossible situation by the rest of the group who did not want to wait, agreed to let us do that. We told him we'd figure out our own way back to the hotel, but he took my phone number and promised to call and check in after he dropped everyone else off at their hotels. I honestly didn't expect to hear from him again. Less than 10 minutes later, we were in line for the elevator, had our photos taken on the green screen, and within 20 minutes from our arrival, we were headed up to the top. We reached the top, got tons of cool videos and photos, spotted our hotel and plotted out our return path to get back there. About the time we were ready to head back down, my phone rang. It was Paul. I told him we were at the top already. He was surprised and said he was on his way back to get us if we were ready to go. I told him we were heading down on the next elevator. We were picking out our souvenir photos at the bottom when he called to let us know he had arrived. We finished our purchase and headed out to catch our now-private bus back to the hotel. We really appreciated Paul's efforts to make sure we received everything we paid for! At the end of a long and exciting day, we were grateful not to have to walk back or figure out how to Uber in a foreign country. Go Team Paul!

Was skeptic about how long the tour was, almost 8 hours but we seen everything you want to see and did maid of the mist. Roland was a great tour guide and gave us ample time on all the stops. Pleanty of rest room breaks. Would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience and time. Was my 2-year-old my wife and I and chose this as a package, much easier and simpler. A tour guide was very informal and super friendly and nice and outgoing. The trip was very informative and fun and a lot of knowledge of the history and the surroundings of the area. Also help show us the surrounding area for us to go adventure after wards. Highly recommend it. We were on the "EH" Team
