Please note: The Maid of the Mist boat cruise operates seasonally, usually between end of May and October (exact dates are subject to ice conditions) and is replaced in the off-season, depending on accessibility, by views from other observation points such as Gorge walk, Terrapin Point or others (access is subject to ice and weather conditions).The day’s itinerary is subject to traffic conditions and may be modified due to time constraints. When necessary in the spring and summer, ponchos are provided (you may get a little wet!).

New York State law requires that all children be restrained in an appropriate child restraint system while riding in a motor vehicle until they are 8 years old. Starting November 1, 2019, all children under 8 years old must ride in a rear-facing car seat.
If you prefer to enjoy your tour without Maid of the Mist boat, you can complete your experience by choosing our interactive audioguide, available in English, Spanish and Chinese
In case you choose the option with audioguide, you will receive the instructions to download it before the day of your tour.
Bus drivers are not required to provide seats for the babies and the activity provider will not be responsible if you are unable to access the bus. To ensure that your child has a seat, you must bring your own, or inform the activity provider well in advance

Our trip from NYC to Niagara Falls was absolutely unforgettable, and we owe much of that to our incredible guide, Roberto! His deep knowledge of the local history, combined with his professionalism and engaging storytelling, made the entire experience even more special. We learned so much, not just about Niagara Falls, but also about the surrounding area, thanks to Roberto’s thorough explanations. We traveled to Niagara Falls with Roberto, and the experience was fantastic. The communication was excellent, with clear instructions on pick-up times and locations. Throughout the trip, Roberto provided well-organized stops for bathroom breaks and meals, ensuring we were always informed. There was also a restroom available on board if needed. Roberto was very friendly and shared insightful tour information along the way. We had ample time to enjoy Niagara Falls, and I would highly recommend this tour!

Bring your passport to see Canada ! Overall experience is exhausting, highly reccomend the spring time when you can go on the boat. Good time for rest spots.
