The tour guide was ok wasn't he's problem. But the over charge for this trip because they even charge for children. That not right because there is no charge to get to the park at night this is a rip-off if you go to the niagara fall don't need to get this package because if you go during the day first you already know the park because at night you are going to the same place. Not happy at all.

HORRIBLE-we had booked a tour at Niagara Falls on 10/10/21 at 2030 with reservation # BR-833924328, once we finally found the tour guide, we weren't listed on the tour and the tour was very misleading, I couldn't find in any of the description that this was a walking tour, I would like to have a refund of the monies paid, we did NOT do the tour, I was very disappointed in this very unorganized event, I requested a refund-not happening. This company is horrible-run the other way NOW

You spoke to us and threaten to write a negative review unless you get a refund but as we explain the tour guide works for a living and must get paid. We honor all cancellations 24 hours before the tour. It was clear that you did Not read the description under the tour that say Include: walking tour. The tour guide work and this is their job. You arrived and the tour guide was there ready to provide the tour. You asked to cancel but the tour guide could not get paid since she was there for you. You were the first name on the will call list and I sent the list to you. Either way you refused to join the tour. Unfortunately we can not honor a refund at the time of departure as this is a very small almost private tour and we can not just tell the guide you changed your mind and you are not getting paid today. We tried to offer alternatives but you just refused. Again I suggest before purchasing a tour, please read what you are purchasing and what is included in the experience.

This is the worst company to do business with. The tour is a rip off when you try to cancel the reservation you can not because it’s only Monday-Friday. When you finally get someone on the phone, they’re useless. It’s ridiculous. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND WAIT UNTIL YOU GET THERE TO FIND ACTIVITIES or book the tours from the Canada side it’s so much better. My husband who was having issues with his ankle was unable to do the tour, we tried calling, and showed up early to try to cancel it was just horrible experience. The tour guide did not have any customer list or information however she was very polite and sweet. Her name was Sherry. The whole group tried to cancel and was unable to. I’m still waiting for a resolution especially when I spent over $100 on a event I did not participate in. They refuse to refund me. HORRIBLE

Unfortunately this is a very small group tour and at times we send a tour guide for one reservation. When a tour guide is at location they must get paid. It is the tour guides job and this is how they make a living. Just because you arrived early to ask a guide to cancel a tour does not mean that the tour guide was not there and could not take any other work and must get paid. Unfortunately this is why we must have a 24 hour cancellation policy. We completely understand that you were disappointed, but the guide was there and ready to provide the service you booked.
