Due to the nature of this tour and the safety of all guests, the tour operator reserves the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated or show signs of intoxication. If, as a result, your tour is canceled, you will not be entitled to a refund.

It was beautiful. A unique experience. The only issue was with another boat group joining in and their guide seemed to be trying to make it a Disney-like adventure: encouraging his participants to be loud, calling the Rays by name, and cheapening the experience. Stick with Hang Loose Boat Tours. Lose the other dude!

Organized tour and crew. Great information on the manta rays. Boat ride was fun, relaxing, scenic. Water was rough for a February but got to see 7 manta rays, 2 swam right up to us.

The vessel was a smooth ride to and from site. We seen many Mantarays. The guided were knowledgeable, and numerous. Felt safe!
