It was terrible, I bought tickets online, when I arrive to the small office in the beach after 3 hours drive they do not have enough people to go. They tell me “we call you an lets you know what’s goin on, and they never call me. I call then during the day multiple times and no body respond. Finally I still with my tickets, I loose my money. Totally irresponsible. Non recommended.

We are deeply sorry to read this review, as we strive to make the best experiences for all. Unfortunately, the review is lacking some pertinent information that is more telling as to why a refund was not submitted. As per our policy, if you do not show up for a tour, you will not receive a refund. As you made the booking for a 10:30pm tour you arrived at the boat on that day around 11:00am asking about the tour. Our employee happily provided all the information that was asked of us, and additionally explained that you and your group (2 people) were the only ones booked on the tour at that time. This is where our employee explained that we would need to have 5 people book (3 more people) to be able to run the tour, as we have a minimum requirement of 5 passengers to run any Public Mixer Tour. As we explained this, we also gave you two other tour time options (4:45 & 8:45pm) that were 100% going out that night, but were declined as you had prior arrangements. We detailed that we would call you if we would cancel the 10:30pm tour. Around 7:00pm, you called and spoke with one of our team members in the office, in which, you asked for a cancellation and refund (approx. 3.5 hrs before your reserved tour) - We explained that, the 10:30pm tour will be running as we have enough passengers. As per policy, we do not cancel and refund tours with 3.5hrs prior to a tour time unless it’s due to weather conditions, having less than 5 passengers, and/or medical emergencies. After the phone call at 7:00pm are team member felt confident that your group would show for the tour, but unfortunately that was not the case. At 10:30pm, our boat crew called the phone on file to confirm when your group would arrive, as we were soon to leave. Unfortunately, you did not show for the tour resulting in no refund. We ALWAYS work with our customers and are geared to have the highest level of customer service while providing great experiences. As we are a small, locally-owned business, our policies discussed in this response help prevent groups from cancelling on us frequently.
