Since we had children in our group, we felt it was poor taste of the guide to speak about the role prostitution played in the city. At least 4 lengthy references were made to this subject and I feel the tour should be labeled as an adult only tour if references to this subject are going to be mentioned. A clean tour would have been much more enjoyed and appreciated since I didn't intend to pay $60pp to hear about prostitution in Nashville. Other than that, the weather was perfect and the tour route was expansive around the downtown area. Seats could use cushions since they were hard and uncomfortable. Tour guide was knowledgeable about points of interest, yet as I mentioned, needs to keep it rated PG if kids are in the audience.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts about your recent tour with us. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful weather, found the route expansive, and appreciated your guide’s knowledge of Nashville’s points of interest. We’re sorry to hear that some of the historical context shared during your tour was not to your preference. Our guides strive to provide a well-rounded and informative experience, which sometimes includes discussing the city’s colorful past — including the role that certain industries, like prostitution, played in shaping Nashville’s history. We certainly understand that with children in the group, a more PG approach would have been appreciated, and we apologize if any part of the commentary was uncomfortable. Your feedback will help us ensure our guides are more mindful of their audience in the future. Regarding the seating, we understand that comfort is key, and we’re always looking for ways to improve the experience. We’ll be sure to take your comments into consideration as we continue making updates. Thank you again for your honest feedback. We hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience in the future.

Our guide was very informative about Nashville and the music history. We had a good time seeing the sites and the open air ride made it easy to take pictures.
