I can't tell my opinion on the tour because it was cancelled. My review is just about the Cancellation itself. So the tour was cancelled because of high surf. I was there early on time, around 6:10pm. I waited and waited but nobody came and so I searched for some contact of them. Just imagine it was DARK and I was all alone, as a young woman that is scary sometimes. Found a number on the ticket and texted them via WhatsApp. They answered me on WhatsApp really quick btw. They said they couldn't reach me under the given number and they tried to call and text several times. BUT: Even if the number didn't worked out or maybe I gave them a wrong one, why didn't they just send me an email or something? It was really really bad for my day and my trip because I lost precious time and also gas for the drive. They offered me a reschedule or a refund but sadly I'm not longer in maui so I took the refund. That took half a day of my vacation here, I could've spend on other stuff. Was a bad experience sadly.

Aloha, we are sorry we were unable to reach you on your listed phone number. Since you booked third party Viator/Tripadvisor does not give us access to your submitted email for privacy reasons, and so we cannot send you marketing emails without your consent. The only way we had to contact you was your contact information listed upon booking, given you had an international number that was not valid it was impossible to reach you. We can understand this was frustrating for you. Our only suggestion to those reading is be sure to have a valid working contact information in case we need to cancel due to weather, which does not happen often but in the rare case it does; this is our only way to get in touch.

Amazing experience doing the night snorkel! Very small group of 3 for our venture. Robbie did a great job of prepping us with our gear and knowing what to expect from the trip before we went out. Once in the water we were handed sea urchins and starfish Robbie dove down to get. Real star of the experience were the sea turtles. We stayed for a while by an underwater cave and over the course of about half an hour we had about 10 turtles come out. Definitely recommend, especially the night snorkel for more turtle activity and so far the highlight of our trip!

This was a fun adventure on our recent trip to Maui! Robbie was extremely patient and knowledgeable of the area where we snorkeled. Even though the winds and surf was up, it was still enjoyable and saw lots of sea life, especially one turtle who seemed to follow us no matter where we snorkeled!! Would highly recommend this adventure and most likely to do this adventure again on our next trip to Maui!! The photos were excellent and made our trip more enjoyable as we can see the time we spent with our turtle buddy!!
