Great tour! The guide and Kara were wonderful and the pizza was fantastic. Good food, nice small group and wonderful atmosphere. Would definitely recommend this tour for a fun thing to do in SF and get to taste some yummy pizza!

Kara and Jacob were incredible guides and hosts, and every stop along the way was rich, interesting, and most of all delicious! Jacob's knowledge of the area is amazing, and the fact that he has such strong roots in the neighborhood only added to the authenticity of the experience. It does not at all feel like a tour guide giving a pre-scripted account, but more of an exploration with a true local, and what these historically significant locations means to him personally. Highly recommend for anyone into seriously delicious pizza of different styles, and/or anyone who wants to dive into the fascinating history of North Beach.

My boyfriend and I are SF residents but honestly never make it out to North Beach so we thought this would be a fun way to learn more about the go-to spots there, while eating some delicious pizza! We had a blast! I loved hearing about the colorful history of the Barbary coast and the beatniks in SF too. We definitely will be back to Tony's for sure - hands down the best pizza I've had in SF and they normally have a 1.5 hour wait.... Our tour guide was super knowledgeable and fun. They put together a good medley of various pizza spots, a tiramisu place, and a couple of quirky bars, including a holiday themed one! Definitely a different Friday night than what we normally do, highly recommend!!!
