We had an unforgettable experience chasing the Northern Lights with this company! The staff was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure we had the best chance of witnessing this incredible natural phenomenon. Their excellent customer service made the entire journey seamless and enjoyable. Highly recommend!!!

Staff was friendly and event was fun but it was unpleasant for me since I'm pregnant and there was no restroom for hours and I had to hold my pee during the whole time and I was never taken to a restroom even after I told them. If your pregnant or have a small bladder this is not for you other than that it was great.

We are sorry that it happened. As posted, there are No Chairs, Bathroom facilities, Blankets, and etc. due to chasing the Lights. We are chasing the lights and move to another spot. I joined 3 days of this tour since our main focus on this trip was to watch aurora. And it was just fantastic. Even one day we almost gave up due to clouds, they were so professional and luckily was able to see the light. Also the road can be little be tough especially to drive at night at Fairbanks, but they all knew well and were professionals with this area. I strongly recommend this tour, it is once in a life time tour.
