We went on a tour with them on Dec 5. Grace was our driver and David was the photographer. The night started out as cloudy and there was no guarantee that we will see the aurora but they have amazing and very experienced crew who know where to go and needless to say we saw the Aurora and had great pictures!! 10/10 will book this tour again when we go back to Fairbanks!

Hi, Thank you for the GREAT Review on TripAdvisor. Yes, it was cloudy. But, God opened the sky and allowed you to see the Lights, which was Mother Nature. You were so blessed to the Aurora Borealis dancing in the sky. We are so blessed that we have such an amazing Northern Lights Chaser Grace and a professional photographer David. We were blessed with seeing the Northern Lights and the only reason I booked this tour was for the photography service. I loved our pictures but because there was such a large group (2 vans worth) we felt very rushed during the photography experience. The tour needs to limit the number of couples/people at a time. Two (2) vans was very unexpected and much to large of a group.

Hi, Thank you for the Good review on Viator. We don't have a van, but Large SUVs. It was not a private tour as posted. We had 12 clients only when you booked. As we posted, this tour is Max. 14 people. Our Large SUVs are for 8 passengers. As we explained, one aurora chaser and one photographer are a team. We never had any issues on number of clients. Amazing experience, really enjoyed the tour. They were nice and welcoming, and drove us around to find the best places to see Aurora. It was -37C and David stood outside for like an hour or two to take photos of us, and he was such a great photographer, all photos turned out really well!!! Highly recommended!!
