Please note: Click on 'Get Tickets' to view your pass. It should clearly show the Go City logo and order number. Make sure to confirm the email address associated with your booking and update it if needed using the link. This will ensure you can use the Go City app and reserve attractions where need be. If you do not do this, you will be unable to book your time slot for Empire State Building nor other attractions that require advanced reservations.

If you have not received a Go City branded pass with your purchase please contact the Viator customer service team as the order may not have processed correctly and requires cancelling your order and reissuing of your Go City pass(es).

FAQs

How do I use my pass to visit the Statue of Liberty?
Present your pass at one of the Statue Cruises ticket counters inside Castle Clinton at Battery Park. The Ferry requires airport-level security, so be prepared for a long wait. Allow at least 2h to visit one island and 4h to visit Ellis & Liberty islands. Your pass provides you access to the island only. Pedestal & crown access requires reservations and is not included with your pass.

When does my pass expire?
You have 2 years from purchase to activate your pass or it will expire. Visiting your first attraction activates your pass. Then, you have 60 days to use it. You may visit an attraction once per the life of the pass, unless otherwise noted.

Great pass offering fantastic value for money and entry to most of the major tourist attractions. We had a five-day pass and it covered everything we wanted to do on our trip. Easy to use with a good combination of pre-bookables and walk-up options.

Clean, but over 4000 NOK pr noght for a mediocre room with a bathroom the size of my suitcase is Just s Insane. The restaurant is mediocre at best, and the menu boring
