We rode around Central Park for a few hours and it was beautiful! Mark was super helpful. Highly recommend. We were able to take our time and bike at our pace, seeing the sights we wanted to. Used the locks to go grab a bite outside of the park. Great time!

I did two things with them. One was renting a bike for a whole day and then the broeklin bridge tour. We rented the bike at the Central Park establishment, and the tour was the verttek point at the other establishment. And there's the big problem. Although both of these establishments have the same name, they do not work together. I had to pay for everything twice. I had already rented a bike at central park, but I couldn't use it for the tour. I had to rent a bike twice, fill out paperwork twice, pay for insurance twice and thus paid way too much for the whole thing. But I couldn't get out of it anymore, they threatened to write everything off my credit card, I had made a reservation. On my comment that I had already rented a fiest and I was not allowed to take it with me to the other branch they did not care. I had booked a tour and that included a bike rental from that branch, not from the other branch. The bikes were reasonable, only shifting was lousy and there was no splash board on them. That is inconvenient after a heavy rain like we had. So the back was full of splatters. There are alternatives, I would choose that
