My favourite new way to tour a city. Eat your way round ! Dante was a great guide. A little history, great chat, a lot of walking it off and eating it back on ! Highly recommend.

Dante is an excellent tour guide, was energetic and very attentive to everyone's needs and made every person feel welcome. This eating tour is a great activity for solo travelers because you get to meet and eat with other people. The food in LES was awesome.

The company should be called Great Guy Tours because Dante is not just nice, he is great! He goes above and beyond to make the experience worthwhile. If you love learning about the history of things along with super tasty and unique food then this tour is for you. We live close by in New Jersey and it inspired us to want to learn more about the food and try other things throughout New York City. I think we will try the food truck tour next, and then the Greenwich Village tour. BTW, he doesn't normally allow children but accommodated us because there was not a large group booked for our tour. Thanks Dante!

Hey James! You and Mary Ann were a joy to have on the tour. Thanks for inviting Sam and Amani also. I’m glad you had a good time and enjoyed all the food. I’m also looking forward to having you guys on the village tour soon. (Quick Disclaimer: kids are always allowed on the tour. Babies are free but you need to buy a ticket for kids.) James’ kids were a last minute addition and weren’t going to eat so I said “sure! Bring em along!”. Hope you don’t mind me clearing that up James. I love having kids on the tour - they are often the best behaved guests :) Dante Mercadante Chief Eating Officer Nice Guy Tours
