Price for experience was excessive. You can get cheaper option. The carriage was old and nothing special. I could hardly hear the tour guide but he was friendly and professional. My rating is based mainly on cost.

Nice long ride around Central Park we took the VIP Carriage Ride and it was totally worth it, great experience!

This company copied another companies name. When we arrived the original company looked at our reservation thru Trip Advisor and said it was not his company that someone had copied him. The carriage was not at the pickup so the original company employee called asking when they planned on arriving. They were late. The guide barely spoke English. We could not understand him. He went extremely slow. He pointed out a few places thru the trees the trees that you could not see and told us what they were. I would NOT recommend this company. It was a total ripoff at $189. They market you can not walk up and take a carriage ride. This is NOT true. You can even get much cheaper rides from others when you walk up. I would recommend walking up and taking a bike cab so that you see more and is much cheaper. The guide was on his phone throughout our ride. When we completed our ride, he knew we were not happy so another guy (Chris?) showed up. The guide told him we were not happy and he looked at us and never said a word to us. Please do not waste $189 for this ride. It is a ripoff!! I feel we are owed a portion of our money back
