I feel the experience could have been better. The tour departed later than scheduled. The boat was beautiful on the outside but very dirty, uncomfortable and unorganized.

We sincerely apologize for your experience. Our staff always ensures the boat is thoroughly cleaned before each tour to maintain a spotless environment. That said, we appreciate your comment and will take stricter measures regarding cleanliness moving forward. Regarding the timing, we make sure to inform our guests promptly if there are any unexpected delays. For your next tour with us, we recommend checking in a few hours prior to departure to ensure everything is running as planned. We hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future!

We were happy that in the end we got to see the Statue of Liberty. Our 60 minute tour was almost 2 hours long. On the way out the boat did a U turn, went back to the dock, sat for 15 minutes and then the tour re-started. Apparently there was an issue with the boat, but nothing was communicated with the passengers at any point. Very odd.

Seeing the statue was cool, the boat is worn and you feel like Gilligan and them, the tickets says a free drink(no free drink) signs to the leave station are hard to find
