I made a reservation with my New York pass. During the reservation, they ask for the credit card number..which surprised me. The day in question, there was heavy rain in New York so we could not attend. Several days later, I saw my bank account charged. When I tried to get a refund, the "lovely" person refused, arguing that the booking conditions were clear and that I had not cancelled 24 hours earlier. I am a frequent traveler and I have never seen such an uncommercial company! It's simply theft and the person knows very well that our trip was penalized several days by the rain but she doesn't care....business is business! 😒 We paid twice for nothing and i cannot believe the visit tool place with such a weather !

our NYC TV & Movie Tour was fantastic. the bus was comfortable and Roseanne was so knowledgeable and fun. the stops and pic ops were great. will do more tours with the group next time we are in NYC
