What a fantastic experience we had. Issac was great and was on time to collect us from the airport to drop us off at our destination. I would definitely recommend if you have never been to New York before. It took the weight off our shoulders not having to find our way around. The company stayed in touch with me the whole time confirming times and it was so smooth.

Excellent driver. We were picked up from the airport and taken to our Times Square hotel. It was fun riding in a stretch limo while it snowed.

Luggage arrival delayed by airline, but communication with driver was excellent He was most patient and was delightful when we finally met.
