Did the West Village crawl went to a bunch of awesome bars and clubs with really good happy hour deals! our hosts Brandy was great she introduced everyone and socialized with us when she can! Had a really great time met a lot of cool people from around the world and some fellow aussies which is always good cause i am travelling alone. Highly recommend if you like to party and meet people!!

Went during the week and thoroughly enjoyed my time. Came with two other friends from Ireland on our second night in the city. Appreciated the rowdy americans, drink deals, and dive bars. Our hostess Brandi was great at introducing everyone from all the different counties. we recommend going to the west village tour during the week!

My sister and I went to the West village New York pub crawl. Although the crawl itself was pretty fun it has been ruined by the attitude and response of management. I had tried to book once online to which it eventually said that it had failed and timed out so I booked it a second time which said that it had now been successful. However when I checked my emails and then my statement it had sent two different confirmation emails and charged my account twice. I emailed before the bar crawl and received no response. On the bar crawl I explained this to the organiser who assured me that it was fine and that I would be refunded one of the transactions seeing as it was supposed to be booked for 2 people not 4. However no response after a second email and a Facebook message (seeing as there was no available phone number). Only today did I receive an email stating that the tickets were non refundable, clearly missing what I was saying - a very blunt and rude email I thought. It is ridiculous to assume that I should pay double because of their website error. I am extremely angry at how the problem has been dealt with. I have emailed again but I am not happy and I am still expecting a refund. Unfortunately this issue has ruined the experience 😡😡😡
