Roxana is to be commended for great service driving me from International Terminal 5 at O'Hare to a town near Wisconsin border. Echo Limosine was on time and kept continual communications with me from 24 hour reminder to my plane's arrival and that they were ready. This was my first time using Echo and it won't be my last! I made reservations very easy using my smart phone from Italy and the price was very reasonable considering the distance and time (at the beginning of rush hour).

I found this company on Google and I was so happy I used them. Reservation process was so easy. Plus they had an app on the App Store which was really nice. They were as advertised. Nice clean vehicles, professional drivers and great customer communication. They tracked our flight and were there when we landed late. I used them on my return to O’hare as well. Highly recommend as you will not be disappointed.
