The staff members were very friendly and you could tell they both are really knowledgeable about the ocean life around the North Shore. They are also very punctual so make sure to show up on time or you will miss out on a great experience. We were lucky enough to see several dolphins as we made our way out to the cage. As soon as we got to the cage there were already sharks circling it. Once inside the cage you have plenty of time to view the sharks. Snorkels are provided, water shoes are recommended but I guess you might not need them. Bring a GoPro since you’ll have the opportunity to take amazing underwater pictures. Only negative was unrelated to the tour, but the bathroom at the marina is small and dirty so I recommend wearing your swim gear to the marina instead of changing there.

We recommend this activity. We booked the early morning tour and drove from Waikiki to the North Shore in about an hour. Everything was as advertised and the staff were knowledgeble and super nice!
