From start to finish, this experience was a huge disappointment. The weather had been really windy, rainy and overcast the last few days and we were expecting to be called and told that the tour was cancelled. They don't offer hotel pick-up so we caught an uber for a 25min drive to some shopping plaza parking lot and the meeting point was at the back of it. The waves were VERY CHOPPY, the actual "submarine scooter" experience was maybe 15mins, 90% of the time is spent on the boat feeling really sick with choppy waves. They only have 6 scooters so there was a lot of waiting around. The actual submarine experience was VERY UNDERWHELMING. Didn't see much at all, a few fish, that I can see if I take a dip in the lagoon, or swim in the shallow end of the ocean, or even just look down into the water at beaches. This was obviously because of the bad weather and the crew would have known that. Once we got out of the water - this was the worst part. EVERYONE was miserable and sea-sick (and this was after most of us had taken anti-emetics), many people had to go to the back of the boat to puke. The crew members were unsympathetic and indifferent and the service just seemed really unprofessional, not to mention they found our misery and discomfort to be entertaining and hilarious. The right thing to have done would have been to cancel the tour when you know the weather is bad, that we won't see much in the water and that everyone would be miserable. I really just burnt over $100 per person. Or atleast try and make an effort at goodwill by offering complimentary photos. The photos are $40 or $60 if you include videos - and they were also really lame. I would NEVER recommend this someone else. This was a lame overpriced gimmick offered by an unprofessional company. I did give a tip but that was only to offer thanks to the divers who assisted us, not because the tour was enjoyable.
