Great experience. The scooters were cool after getting over the initial panic of being in a small space. For me who can't swim very well, it was scary to have to submerge myself first to get into the pocket of air inside the submarine, but once I was in and caught my breath, I really enjoyed myself. They give you a bag of fish food that you can shake to attract the fish. I was lucky enough to see a sea turtle, and other people saw barracudas and sand sharks. Plus, you get to snorkel before and after your 30 minutes in the scooter.
Most of the crew was nice. I say most because there was one member that was there and didn't seem like he had any real function as a crewmate - he didn't help set sail or with loading the customers into the subs or even collect payment. He seemed like he was there to just be in the way of people walking around on an already rocky boat and make fun of everyone's swimming and seasickness. Maybe he was the owner? Not sure.
But with that said, the divers were helpful and really cool to talk to. And captains were awesome - one of them looked like Thor so a little something for the ladies, and fellas if applicable.
Overall I would definitely recommend to anyone who isn't too claustrophobic.
