An amazing experience right from the start. Tons of great help talking to staff on the phone to book and get directions. Everyone working there was fun, helpful and clearly loved their jobs and got us suited up fast in super cozy, weatherproof safety suits. Then we were all out on the water for an exhilarating ride. Captain Jen made it exciting while always safe feeling. I can’t remember our guide’s name, but he made it super informative while being entertaining and real. We had lots of laughs while learning great information about the harbor seals, eagles and other sights. I just loved being immersed in the beauty of the mountains, the fjord, and all the waterfalls, eagles and immense nature all around us. When the boat was racing through the cool clean air, and light rain was splashing across my face, I just breathed deeply and felt like I was immersed in heaven.

This is the third time we have done this excursion in Skagway! When the cruise line we were on this time didn’t offer this excursion, we checked and found that Viator offered it. So we immediately signed up for it. This experience was fun and is the best thing to do when in Skagway! Highly recommended!

We took this tour on our Alaskan cruise with Carnival. I strongly suggest this tour for the thrill and amazing scenery. Our tour guides were fun, knowledgeable and very safety conscious. The twist and turns of the raft were unforgettable! You’ll absolutely love this tour! Be sure to dress lightly, due to the heavy lifeguard jumpsuit they give you! They have sizes to fit all!
