After a very stressful time trying to locate who we had booked with (the Trip Advisor confirmation email didn’t come through and accessing the Help Center is near impossible from a mobile when you’re standing outside and it’s snowing) we found the right place. Be warned there are several companies, all with similar names. Eventually, from reading reviews, we found the right person, Ahmet who made sure we got underway. We ended up travelling the park with Omar, a lovely guy whose pleasant company made it an enjoyable trip around this beautiful park. The carriage was cosy and comfortable on a very chilly day, and the horse was quite a character. It’s not a cheap experience but really fun to do. I recommend on a winter day not bothering to book but just rock up and find someone.
