After a seemingly uncomplicated booking attempt, my driver had to cancel for not having the SUV that Viator confirmed for my trip. Then, Viator promised me a refund (see image) which I still haven’t seen. THEN, they attempted to connect me with another driver and shared my personal contact information with them without consulting me, at which point I had already booked another car service. I need this service refunded IMMEDIATELY.

Dear Taylor, Please note that we have already confirmed a full refund on our end. As for receiving a refund, we recommend that you contact Viator customer service as the refund process is handled by them according to their policy. Also, unfortunately, we did receive your luggage clarification too late. At the time of your request, all large vehicles were already scheduled and, unfortunately, we were unable to offer an alternative. We regret the situation and thank you for your feedback.

After arrival, we went to baggage claim and our luggage arrived very quickly. This airport has been upgraded with many improvements. Plenty of places to eat if you have a layover too.
