What a great experience with lots of very cool info! Tim was a great instructor even better there were only two of us in class!! Advise everyone to go ahead and spend some time doing this one!! Do not drink before it! Lots of tasting to do!!

This was a blast. It was hubby and I with 4 other people and we all had fun together. It's an interesting history lesson. Eric and Tim were fantastic. They took our craziness in stride. I was surprised how much I enjoyed the cocktails we made, too!
