Have used these before and it was even better than last year! Excellent training and guidance and a wonderful way to see Indian Rocks and Bellair. Already considering another visit. Can’t praise them highly enough.

We arrived 45 minutes prior to start time as explained in the listing. One of the drivers needed the online boating certificate and we let them know we'd like to take it there, as it said it was available on site in the email. We had plenty of time. The guy there lost it. Was extremely rude to each of us about this, said we were behind, which we weren't, yelled at us as about trying to then login and take the test on the phone. We completed this action within 15 minutes, just to find out we were still waiting on one more couple, who was now almost an hour late past when we arrived. Funny enough nothing was said to them about being late and wasting our time, since we were so behind already apparently according to them. Their safety briefing was a video ripped off YouTube, hopefully they had the rights to it. The tour was ok. The jetskis were assigned not by skill level, but at random, even though he asked about individual skill, so some beginners got ones they couldn't handle, and the tour our was very slow out and in wasting my hour time. The free time space was ok but very crowded with 10 people in a small oval bound. Overall don't recommend if you'd like a nice greeting and a decent ride time. I'd drive to another location.
