Great experience! I’ve previously surfed so really took the lesson for someone to help me improve and watch out for me and the instructor did a great job of it! He gave me a lot of tips and really helped me move forward and became more hands off as I improved. Online reservations made it very easy and the fact that you have the board all day is great too. Highly recommend!

I’m not sure if this how every class goes but mine was a one-on-one class. The instructor was great, and he was definitely very patient with me! If you’re physically flexible and somewhat athletic you’ll definitely be able to be surfing and get plenty of time in within an hour. Otherwise, plan on doing two hours or more. I’d definitely do it again. They also sell umbrellas / beach chairs. Guys were very friendly and helpful and set it up for my family so they could watch me wipe out on the north side of the pier!
