We actually did the two hour lesson but this school/lesson was awesome! We had been surfing a couple of times previously but didn’t manage to accomplish much. By the end of this lesson, we were paddling into waves on our own, popping up, and riding them to shore. Ryan was our instructor and was awesome. Super chill, well informed when teaching us to read the waves, and was encouraging and patient with our progression. If you want to learn to surf or just want to try it once as a vacation activity, this is the place to go to.

My 16-year-old son had a fantastic one-on-one surfing instruction. The location was a yellow tent at the side of the pier. I booked online in advance.

My daughter had a great time surfing with the instructor. He explained how to catch a wave and stood up on her first try. She had so much fun that we had to come back and do it again. Definitly worth every penny.
