Beware! We booked with Seattle Express on September 16,2023 to take us to our port from the motel. On the way to the port, the back door to the van came open and we only knew bc cars were honking at us. The driver pulled over, slammed the door, laughed and went on. On arrival to the port, my husbands carry on suitcase was missing bc had fallen out when the door came open. It had our prescription meds, clothes, coat and binoculars among other things. It had made it through 3 different airports and LOST ON THE WAY TO THE PORT OF SAIL!! The driver laughed and thought it was funny. We set sail to Alaska for a week without these valuables and upset a trip of a lifetime. We have asked multiple times for compensation and owner of the company will NOT contact us. POOR customer service! Beware!! All good until something happens!!

Three trips in total, all with Fufu, all stellar! We used Seattle Express to pick us up from the airport and drop us at a hotel, pick us up from the same hotel and take us to the pier, and then pick us up from the pier and take us to the airport. The service was outstanding, 100% professional, speedy, and courteous. Fufu is great at pointing out sites without being overwhelming, funny without being crass, and super-thoughful when it comes to loading and unloading luggage. The bus was comfortable (we had approx. 50 riders), cool, and offered a smooth ride. Can't say enough about this service!

What could possibly go wrong with 8 people (3 cities/2 states), staying one night in Seattle before leaving for a 7 day Alaskan cruise? Not possibly leaving 2 of 15 bags at the hotel once we got to the Pier. Haha! Thank God our driver Krystal was early and sweet as could be before we realized it, but she kicked it into high gear to coordinate getting our bags back to us. She was a life saver for sure and everyone we talked to, from booking to navigating through our own circus, was so kind and helpful. I would absolutely recommend Seattle Express for any of your WA needs. Super grateful my mom can still enjoy her 75th thanks to this stellar team! ❤️
