Our driver was extremely friendly and informative. He was kind and full of energy. We loved the information he provided and volunteered! Once I called he arrived shortly later.

Immediately upon landing we received a text from the company who noted we landed 30 minutes early. We were told that since we landed early, we might be able to. Make the next shuttle instead of waiting. We texted back and forth about where our group of 8 was. Pictures were sent and we made the shuttle since we arrived early! I would use this company again and again! Communication was great and that ranks high with me!!

The driver was helpful but we had to wait 45 min after our flight landed before he arrived. I had a credit from a previous tour so it was tolerable but if I were paying out of pocket full price it would not have been worth it
