We were at the Orlando vs. Chicago Bulls, unfortunately lost by 2 points, but that's basketball/sport.
The hall was good to find, we did not park in the hall but 2 blocks away in a private parking lot at a private house for $15 which was perfectly fine. You don't have to worry, the Kia Center is not in the best area of Orlando (downtown), but during the game there was plenty of police on site.
Once in the hall, unfortunately, everything is very sober and cannot be compared to the German fan culture at the sport. There was also little spirit for their own team compared to college games. Professional cheerleaders weren’t there either and the shows during breaks/timeouts weren’t necessarily very worth seeing either.
The ticket prices I think are common and ok by U.S. standards, even though I wonder how Americans can afford all this, including snacks and drinks.
